Serve dip with apple and pear slices. Peanut butter can replace almond butter.
Diet Type: Vegetarian
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
1-2 teaspoons skim milk
apple and pear slices
Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes
Place cottage cheese, almond butter and cinnamon or apple pie spice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth.
If necessary, stir in enough milk to make dip of desired consistency.
